When life imitates reality

A recent news story released by a Albuquerque New station KRQE showed two Children, Youth and Families employees being photographed flashing gang signs and holding up guns. These photographs were not in display during a training session or to show what types of crimes gang members commit, but rather were used in a mocking manner with smiles.
The pictures were discovered after one of the women photographed was recently released from her position with the agency. The other women photographed was Heather Faverino, who is the head of the Farmington Office of CYFD.  What is so shocking is that Faverino sits on a handful of youth gang task force boards, aimed at keeping this very type of behavior out of young teens hands.

This behavior has always been something I have worried about, it takes into question the dedication and naivete that some will take when it involves gangs, guns and drugs, when it comes to teens. You can view the entire store here.

What is your opinion? We would like to hear from you!

If this was a youth displaying gang affliation while on probation, I am sure he would be disciplined or have his probation revoked. These women need to undertand that this is not a joke and should not be taken lightly. These women should be held to a higher standard.

They need to be TERMINATED, IMMEDIATELY!!!!! If my child were in that type of supervision, I would be DEEPLY DISTURBED!!!!!! Arent' they supposed to help children, instead of make FUN of them???!!!!! WOW!!! Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the positions that they hold come with holding up a code of ethics!! I don't SEE ANY WHAT SO EVER, coming from either!!! If this happens to boldly, what REALLY GOES ON behind closed doors.....!!!! They've lost my trust!! So much for these two trying to make children become up standing citizen, when they themselves act this way!!
