Bloody Murderous Weekend

Ask any Law Enforcement Officer and they will tell you when it gets warm things, people get shot. Well it appears in Chicago with the record breaking warm spell we are having here that Chicago PD's upper brass forgot this one. In just a 48 hour period there were 10 homicides and 46 people wounded. Superintendent McCarthy says he won't blame it on the heat, but he places the responsibility on himself. I agree. The 'boots on the ground' know all too well this was going to happen. Becauase they have seen it happen time and time again. But while they are under manned and don't have a comprehensive solution to the gang problem it continues to grow.

What the Chicago Police will do is anyone's guess, but what they really need to do is get serious from the Mayor, City Counsel down to the parents of these little murderers and get the problem fixed.
