Gangs are under ‘audit’ in Rogers Park neighborhood

A really good article on work that Chicago PD should have been doing for years. Understanding that street gang activity needs to be addressed by every Police Officer, not just soley Gang, Tactical or Narcotic's Officers. This is the type of work that needs to be done to understand the scope of what CPD has to deal with. According to the article not only is the Rogers Park Police District (District 24) doing this audit, but other districts in the City of Chicago are also doing it.
