The US Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana announced the arrests of members of the Cash Out Boyz for a series of crimes as an ongoing criminal enterprise. The indictment alleges that from 2010 through 2012, these individuals conducted the affairs of the Cash Out Boyz, an ongoing criminal enterprise, by engaging in the distribution of controlled substances and in acts of violence, including murder, attempted murder, assaults with deadly weapons, robbery, and home invasions. This pattern of illegal activity occurred primarily in South Bend, Indiana.
