Parent Tips: Drug Paraphrenalia, What to look for?
Here is a very good lesson for parents about understanding the degree in which teens will go to to hide their drug use from parents. Drug paraphernalia is right around the corner at the local drug store or convenience store. From clothing, to logo shirts to simply food items, can be used to get high. Here is a great video about what kids might use.

- Bloodshot eyes, pupils larger or smaller than usual.
- Sudden weight loss or weight gain.
- Tremors, slurred speech, or impaired coordination.
Behavioral
- Drop in attendance and performance at work or school.
- Unexplained financial problems.
- Sudden change in friends, favorite hangouts, and hobbies.
- Sudden mood swings, irritability, or angry outbursts.
- Appears fearful, anxious, or paranoid, with no reason.
- Periods of unusual hyperactivity, agitation, or giddiness
